Yes, we will use Zoom to facilitate the call. Please be at a computer if you'd like to do more than talk.
Yes, everything we do will be specific to your business/website and all coaching will be catered specifically toward helping you overcome any obstacles or challenges you're facing. The help you receive is 100% tailored to your personal needs.
It's always nice to meet the people I'm working with face to face, but a camera is not required. If you don't have one, I'll turn mine off too! Whatever helps you feel relaxed.
If you're booking a single session, you're booking the hour with me and I'm going to show up expecting to spend that entire hour with you. If we get you unstuck and moving forward in less time, and you do not wish to use the remaining time, that's your choice. Any unused time you choose to give up is forfeit and can not be reserved for future calls.
For multiple sessions, they are scheduled in hour-long blocks. I will show up expecting an hour of time with you, but you're free to use that time or not. However, any unused time does not accrue.

I'm efficient and have solved most of these problems many times before. Most issues get resolved within one session. If your project is genuinely larger, a call bundle is the smarter option — you can spread the calls across multiple sessions as needed, with no expiry.
